What it shows

A volcano plot of differential expression with adjustable log2 fold change and FDR thresholds, and a PCA of samples, for each disease against healthy controls.

How it maps to my work

Mirrors the design of my M.Tech thesis: bulk PBMC RNA-seq, DESeq2-style differential expression, and PCA across AS, RA, SLE, and T1D. Group sizes match the thesis samples after QC. See M.Tech thesis.
